• Do I have to download DiagnoSEO?
  You don't need to download the DiagnoSEO toolset. All tools are available for use from any desktop or mobile device through the browser.
  
  However, if you plan to use the WordPress SEO plugin, you can download the zip file with the latest DiagnoSEO Pro plugin and upload it to your WordPress site.
• What can I expect in the future releases and updates?
  We are working hard every day to make DiagnoSEO better. In future releases, you can expect new features, tools, options, and various improvements. Typically, there is an update every week. We are open to your feedback to make DiagnoSEO better suited to your needs.
• Can I cancel anytime?
  Yes, you can cancel your subscription license at any time through your Paddle or PayPal account. You can do it yourself by clicking the 'Manage Subscription' link in the email from Paddle, or you can contact our support team at support@diagnoseo.com for assistance.
• Can I get a refund for my Credits?
  Credits are eligible for a refund only if none of the credits from the purchased package have been used. For example, if you purchased 500 credits and used 100, we cannot refund the remaining 400 credits. However, if none of the 500 credits have been used, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• What payment options do you accept?
  We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
• What happens if I am not satisfied after purchase?
  Please contact our support team. According to our "100% Satisfaction Guarantee", we will do our best to solve any problem with your purchase. We will ensure you are fully satisfied with the product.
• Do you offer a discount on renewals?
  Yes, we offer a 10% discount when you renew at the regular price. The discount is the same for every pricing plan. If you buy the license at a discounted price, the renewal price will also be discounted.
• How can I change my subscription plan?
  To change your plan, first cancel your current subscription on Paddle. Then, purchase a new subscription on our Pricing page using the same email address.
